To get that perfect, crystal-clear shine on your windows, the water goes through a rigorous "polishing" process. Here is how we take standard tap water and turn it into a streak-free cleaning powerhouse:
Phase 1: The Heavy Lifting (Static System)
First, we process the water at a dedicated filling station at our unit, using Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Deionisation (DI).
The RO Membrane: Think of this as a super-fine microscopic sieve. It forces tap water through a membrane that strips away about 98% of the minerals, salts, and impurities (the stuff that causes spots).
The DI Resin: The water then passes through a special resin that acts like a magnet, catching the tiny remaining particles.
At this stage, the water is "pure" but we don't stop there!
Phase 2: The Final Polish (Van System)
To ensure an unbeatable, "gleaming" finish, we filter the water a second time right at your property using our van-mounted system.
Ultra-Purification: By running the already pure-water through a secondary RO/DI cycle on the van, we reach 000 TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). This is "Ultra Pure" water.
The Science of Clean: Because this water is so hungry to absorb particles, it physically pulls dirt and grime off your glass.
The ultra-pure water method is a massive upgrade over old-school bucket-and-squeegee cleaning, both for the planet and your property. Here is why it's the superior choice:
Better for the Planet
Traditional cleaning relies on detergents and soaps. When those are rinsed Soap is actually a bit of a "double agent." While it cleans, it also leaves behind an invisible, sticky film.
No Dirt Magnet: Soap residue acts like a magnet for dust and pollen, meaning your windows get dirty again quickly.
Deep Pore Cleaning: Because ultra-pure water is stripped of all minerals, it reaches deep into the pores of the glass to lift out stubborn grime. There is no residue left behind and hence no sticky residue.
No "Soap Bleed": In traditional cleaning, soap often hides in the top of the frame and 'bleeds' down onto the glass as soon as it rains, causing those annoying white streaks. Since we use zero soap, there's nothing left to drip.
The "Factory Fresh" Look: Because the water is so pure, it acts like a magnet for grime on plastic. Once we rinse it off, the uPVC dries naturally to a bright, original finish without any sticky residue to attract new dirt.
By cleaning the frames and sills every time, your entire window stays looking 'just installed'.
Maximum Safety
Traditional cleaning often requires heavy ladders, which post a risk to the cleaner and can occassionally scuff your window sills or lean against your gutters.
Feet on the Ground: We use high-reach, carbon-fibre poles with adjustable swivel brush heads, that angle and clean awkward windows at ground level or at height, they pump water directly onto the glass.
Privacy and Protection: This means we can reach high or awkward windows (like those above a conservatory) safely from the ground, ensuring total privacy for you and zero ladder damage to your property.
